Metova, a Bentonville-based software development company, announced on Wednesday the official formation of its board of advisers.

The board is set to provide expert guidance across company operations in hopes to grow strategic development and innovation for Metova.

The newly established board is comprised of leaders in finance, technology, client success, marketing, culture and operations. A press release said that the collective experience of the new board members “will play a pivotal role in steering Metova toward greater achievements and enhancing its position as a trailblazer in the tech industry.”

The new advisers include: Jim Cady, the former executive vice president and chief innovation officer at SiriusXM; Mike Smith, an industry veteran with more than 30 years of advisory and investment experience; Joseph Michelli, author and CEO of The Michelli Experience and adviser to brands like The Ritz-Carlton and Starbucks; and JP Dinnell, a former U.S. Navy SEAL and leadership instructor at Echelon Front.

“The formation of our board of advisers is not just a strategic move, but a signal to our clients and the industry that we are enhancing our commitment to leadership and innovative solutions,” Josh Smith, Metova’s CEO, said in the release. “Their guidance will be instrumental in our ongoing efforts to not only meet but exceed the expectations of our markets and stakeholders.”
