Metro Builders Supply Leads Off Quartet of Million-Dollar Deals

Our new batch of million-dollar transactions features a commercial project, a nonprofit building, a retail site and a big house.

Metro Builders Supply Inc. of Tulsa bought its 68,500-SF complex at 8805 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $3.8 million. Seller: NJS-Arkansas Metro LLC, led by Nick and Jane Navros.

JADF Investments LLC, led by J.T. Ferstl, acquired a 17,234-SF facility at 5905 Forest Place in Little Rock from Centers for Youth & Families Inc. for $1.35 million.

Farther south, a 20,000-SF Cavender’s Boot City store is en route to Little Rock’s Gateway Town Center after a $1 million land deal.

Cavender Investment Properties Ltd. of Tyler, Texas, purchased the 2.44-acre site from Town Center LLC, led by Tommy Hodges.

Meanwhile, behind the gates of west Little Rock’s Hickory Creek neighborhood, Stanley and Catherine Payne bought a 6,600-SF house from Jon Underhill for $1.1 million.
