MHP/Team SI Promotes 2 Into Account Strategy Roles

Little Rock marketing agency MPH/Team SI has promoted Kelsey Blackmon and Aziza Carroll to account strategy directors, the firm announced Tuesday.

In the new jobs, they will develop ongoing business relationships “from the prospect stage through existing account management,” the firm said in a news release.

Agency President and CEO Sharon Tallach Vogelpohl praised Blackmon and Carroll for strategic planning that worked for clients and drove “remarkable results and unlocking new opportunities.” Vogelpohl said she expects the account strategy directors to “support both our internal teammates and our clients.”

Blackmon, a Bryant native, joined the firm in 2016 as an intern and worked her way up through several positions. She has a bachelor’s in mass communication and graphic design from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia.

A Houston native, Carroll started at the agency in 2018 as a senior content producer and most recently served as a senior account executive. Carroll has a bachelor’s in journalism and psychology from the University of Texas, and was a reporter at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette before joining the firm.
