Razorback Foundation
Mica Strother has been promoted to senior director of development at the Razorback Foundation in Little Rock.
Strother joined the Razorback Foundation as a director of development in May 2016. Before joining the foundation, she served as vice president of marketing and business development for Baldwin & Shell Construction, owned Strother Strategies and was the finance director of former Gov. Mike Beebe’s 2006 and 2010 gubernatorial campaigns.
Bethany Hilkert has been appointed donor stewardship officer for Arkansas Community Foundation in Little Rock.
Hilkert previously worked as business manager for the Arkansas Repertory Theatre, where she started as front-of-house box office associate and moved to development and special events manager. She is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with the foundation’s donors.
Apryl Jackson is the new communications coordinator at EAST Initiative in Little Rock.
Jackson previously worked as assistant director for resident life at the University of Central Arkansas. She has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and a master’s degree in education from the University of Southern Mississippi.
