Michael Hoggard Named CFO at Generations Bank (Movers & Shakers)

Michael Hoggard has been hired as chief financial officer at Generations Bank of Rogers. He has more than 40 years of community banking experience. 


Kyle Davidson and Ryan Howard have been promoted to regional market presidents by FNBC Bank of Ash Flat. Davidson, who previously served as community president for the Mountain Home market, now leads Baxter and Fulton counties and the bank’s newest locations in south-central Missouri. Howard, who previously was community president for Melbourne, now has oversight over Izard, Independence and Sharp counties. Both have more than 20 years of experience in banking.

Megan Dykema-Zinno, Colby Leding and JoAnn White have been promoted to associates at WDD Architects of North Little Rock. Dykema-Zinno has been with the firm since 2019, Leding has been with the firm since 2022, and White since 2017. Nicol Pastran, who has been with WDD since 2022, has been promoted to architectural project manager. Abbey Redmon has been promoted to associate and senior interior designer. She has been with the firm since 2022. Brian Self, who has been with the firm since 2015, has been promoted to senior associate and architectural project manager.

Laura Nick has been appointed chief communications officer at Garver of Little Rock. She has been with the firm for 12 years. Also serving on the corporate communications team are Sydney Clifford, who has been hired as client services project manager for the corporate communications team, and Kate Cox, who has been promoted to Garver client services project manager and GarverGives program manager. She previously served as a trade show specialist. Katelyn Myers has been hired as events and trade shows planner at Garver.

Elisabeth Bates, head of business development at Pedal Steel Solar, has been named to the board of the Arkansas Advanced Energy Association of Little Rock. Also named to the board are Sue Emry, executive vice president at Envirotech; Clark Medlock, director, energy efficiency programs at Summit Utilities; Michael Parker, president at Entegrity Energy Partners; Pete Richardson, CEO at Cor Solar & Electric; Sam Selig, senior vice president for renewable energy at Bernhard; and Chris Thomason, vice president for planning and development at the University of Arkansas System.

Glen Hooks, policy director at Audubon Delta, has joined the board of the Arkansas Advanced Energy Foundation of Little Rock. Also named to the board are Chris Kell, partner at Payne Kell LLC, Sustainability Solutions Group; Wes Prewett, strategy analyst at Southern Bancorp; Garry Rodger, business development manager at Greentech Renewables; and Skip Woessner, vice president, operations development at Clear Energy.
