Midtown LR Sheraton Sold by Arlington OwnerLock Icon

1 min read

Have you heard a 263-room hotel in midtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $10.4 million deal?

Windsor Capital Ltd., led by Al Rajabi, sold the Four Points By Sheraton at 925 S. University Ave.

The buyer is Newstream Hotel Partners-LIT LLC of Roanoke, Texas.

You might remember that Rajabi is leading the renovation effort of the historic Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs, which his Sky Capital Group Ltd. acquired for $7 million last year.

The sale of the Four Points project coincides with Rajabi assembling his financing puzzle to launch work on the massive makeover of the iconic Spa City hotel.

Updating the Arlington in a phased approach, touted as a $50 million-plus endeavor, is expected to follow flagging the independent hotel under a national affiliation to enhance its bookings.
