Midtown LR Storage Property Sells for $9.5 Million

A midtown Little Rock mini-storage project, a charter school in Sherwood and hotel land in Sherwood form this week’s trio of multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.

► AA Storage @ Fair Park Ltd., led by Paul Darden, sold its namesake 517-unit project at 5700 W. 10th St. for more than $9.5 million.

Buyer: First Neck LR 10th St LLC, an affiliate of Self-Storage Capital Partners of Philadelphia.

► Little Rock Scholars of Arkansas LLC, an affiliate of Lisa Academy, bought its 45,000-SF elementary school at 5410 Landers Road for more than $5.2 million.

Seller? CRM Capital Partners LLC, led by Mitchell Massey.

► CDRN Sherwood LLC, led by Chetan Patel, assembled a 3.8-acre future hotel site in two buys totaling $1.5 million.

Sellers: Telcoe Federal Credit Union, $850,000 for a nearly 2.3-acre parcel near the southeast corner of Country Club Road and Heritage Lane; and Stuart McGilvray, $710,000 for an adjoining 1.5-acre parcel at the southwest corner of Heritage Drive and Heritage Lane.
