Mike Sebren Joins Intertek-PSI (Movers & Shakers)

Mike Sebren has been hired as senior project manager for Intertek-PSI in Little Rock.

Sebren has 40 years of construction engineering experience.


Ron McCarty has been promoted to executive vice president of operations for Powers of Arkansas in North Little Rock, and Scott Smith has been promoted to executive vice president of sales.

McCarty has been with Powers for eight years and was previously the vice president of controls.

Smith joined Powers in 2013 and was previously the vice president of air distribution.


Greg Blair has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for Harrison Energy Partners in Little Rock, Charles Caudle Jr. has been promoted to vice president of service, and Ben Dye has been promoted to vice president in Oklahoma.

Blair has been with HEP for 18 years and has been sales manager since 2015.

Caudle has been with HEP for 28 years and implemented training programs and initiatives that improve safety, communication and technology for technicians.

Dye has been with HEP for 12 years and has been leading the company’s expansion into Oklahoma.
