Mindy Pipkin has been hired as the new associate general counsel and compliance officer for the University of Central Arkansas at Conway, and Clinton Brown has been hired as an admissions counselor.
One of Pipkin’s primary responsibilities will be coordinating the university’s compliance with Title IX and investigating and responding to all Title IX complaints. She previously served as senior assistant attorney general for Attorney General Leslie Rutledge.
Brown served as a customer sales associate at Grainger Industrial Supply.
Alisha Lewis has been named associate director of communications for the Arkansas Department of Higher Education in Little Rock.
She was previously director of the Office of Institutional Advancement at Cossatot Community College of the University of Arkansas.
