Rose Law Firm, a full-service business law firm with locations in Little Rock and Rogers, announced the hiring of Mitchell Dowden as an associate.
Dowden will work in the firm’s business division in the Little Rock office. He focuses his practice on environmental and agricultural law.
Dowden received his J.D. and LL.M. in agriculture and food law from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Prior to joining Rose Law Firm, he was an attorney at the Arkansas Department of Energy & Environment, working on a range of issues, including clean water, clean air, solid and hazardous wastes, regulated storage tank compliance and enforcement, and appeals in front of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.
