Mitchell Williams Adds Padgett, Read and Strickland (Movers & Shakers)

Rachael Padgett, Nathan Read and Stanton Strickland have been named members of Mitchell Williams Selig Gates & Woodyard in Little Rock.

Padgett has a diverse health care and benefits practice representing institutional and individual clients in transactions, administrative proceedings and litigation, as well as counseling on operational and regulatory issues. She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in Texas.

Read has extensive experience representing employers in all matters of employment law with a focus on employment counseling and employment litigation. He earned a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia.

Strickland is a former deputy commissioner of the Legal Division of the Texas Department of Insurance, where he served for more than 21 years. He earned a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston.
