Mixed-Use Building Sale Surpasses $2.7M (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 16,055-SF combination David’s Burgers and bank branch in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $2.75 million.

South Bowman LLC, which includes Jim Keet and sons Tommy and Jake, bought the project at 101 S. Bowman Road from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $2.6 million from Arvest.

The bank purchased the 1.7-acre development in December 2013 as part of its $9.6 million acquisition of North Little Rock’s National Bank of Arkansas.

Dollar Sale I

A Dollar General in southwest Pulaski County weighed in at $1.58 million.

SS Realty Ltd., an affiliate of Crawmet Corp. of North York, Ontario, purchased the 13525 Vimy Ridge Road project.

The seller is PB General Holdings (Vimy Ridge) LLC, led by Leonard Boen. The 2.1-acre site was bought for $200,000 10 months ago from Ricky Williams.

Dollar Sale II

An 8,990-SF Dollar General in southwest Little Rock sold for $1.1 million.

NS Retail Holdings LLC, an affiliate of NetStreit Corp. of Dallas, acquired the 7501 Mabelvale Cut Off Road project. The seller is Little Rock (Mabelvale) DG LLC, an affiliate of Capital Growth Buchalter of Birmingham, Alabama.

The 0.94-acre development was purchased for $942,000 in February 2019 from J&P Associates of New York.

Fleet Land

A 2.17-acre commercial site in North Little Rock changed hands in a $945,000 deal.

MAG Real Estate LLC, led by Mark McLarty, bought the land on the east side of Smokey Lane adjoining the Mark McLarty Ford Fleet Commercial Vehicles property. The seller is Benhuch Holdings LLC, led by Mark Bentley.

Benhuch acquired the property for $646,000 in December 2007 from D&O Development Inc., led by Skip Davidson and Bob Osborne.

Rest Inn Buy

A 20-room motel in southwest Little Rock rang up a $700,000 sale.

Ghela Hotel LLC, led by Dineshbhai Patel, purchased the Rest Inn at 8217 Interstate 30. The seller is D.M.V. Inc., led by Deepakbhai Patel.

The deal is financed with a 20-year loan of $550,000 from Poonam Inc., led by Vijay Patel.

The 0.52-acre development was bought in April 2017 as part of a $1.8 million deal with Windsor Hospitality LLC, led by Bhavin, Jiger and Jagdish Patel.

Faulkner Lake Acreage

A 210.5-acre tract in east Pulaski County drew a $589,512 transaction.

AR Trison Contracting LLC, led by Charles Tankersley, acquired the property at 15109 Faulkner Lake Road. The seller is Faulkner Lake 391 LLC, led by James Salmon.

The deal is funded with a three-year loan of $487,200 from Gateway Bank of Rison. The property was purchased for $825,000 in June 2008 from the Eanes Family Trust, led by Chester and Mary Eanes.

Faulkner Lake 391 also sold 167.4 acres adjoining the east side of the AR Trison property for $230,023 to Faulkner 391 Development LLC, led by Kanthi Dasari.

Lion & Lamb

A 3,000-SF office building in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $270,000 deal.

Lion & Lamb Investments LLC, led by Clinton and Alicia McDonald, bought the 201 Victory St. project from Victory Street LLC, led by Matt Jeter.

The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $216,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy. The 0.17-acre development was acquired for $125,000 in June 2017 from the Clarence Reed Share No. 2 Trust.

Dental Site

A 0.47-acre commercial site in Jacksonville sold for $200,000.

Angela Gray Family Dentistry Inc. purchased the land adjoining the north side of Bond Consulting Engineers at 2601 T.P. White Drive from Trucks of Little Rock Inc., led by James E. Smith.

The deal is financed with a three-month loan of $200,000 from First Community Bank of Batesville.

The property was bought in January 1988 as part of a $180,000 deal with Gerald and Dorothy Akin.

Woodlands Edge

A 5,233-SF home in west Little Rock’s Woodlands Edge neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.05 million.

Bobby Boyanton Jr. and his wife, Ale-jandra, acquired the house from Rebecca Lee Jones and Robert Lamberes.

The deal is funded with a 25-year loan of $997,500 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The residence was purchased for $970,000 in June 2019 from Arbor Construction LLC, led by Michael Moran.

Candlewood Home

A 6,282-SF home in west Little Rock’s Candlewood neighborhood sold for $850,000.

Restup LLC, led by Balagopalan Nair, bought the house from Jennifer Hunt.

Hunt acquired the residence in June 2017 for $810,000 from the TJRB Joint Revocable Trust, led by Dennis and Debra Grandle.

Bretagne Circle

A 5,314-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bretagne Circle neighborhood changed hands in a $765,000 deal.

The Snider Family Revocable Trust, led by Randall Snider Jr. and his wife, Sandra, purchased the house from the Robert E. Casali Revocable Trust. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $335,000 from the Bank of England. The location was bought for $220,000 in August 1999 from Brad and Patricia Baltz.

Maisons House

A 5,982-SF home in the Maisons neighborhood of west Little Rock rang up a $660,000 sale. Rocky and Kalpana Govind acquired the house from Samy Heshmat and Radwa Kholeif.

The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $594,934 from Encore Bank of Little Rock. The residence was purchased for $600,000 in June 2019 from Amir Qureshi and Fariha Shamsi.

Waterview Meadows

A 3,992-SF home in the Waterview Meadows neighborhood of west Pulaski County drew a $610,000 transaction.

Richard and Theresa Weiland bought the house from Christopher and Jac-queline Highsmith. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $488,000 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The Highsmiths acquired the residence for $578,000 in March 2018 from the Crabtree Family Revocable Trust, led by Danny and Tara Crabtree.

Overbrook Abode

A 4,755-SF home in North Little Rock’s Overbrook neighborhood is under new ownership after a $605,000 deal.

Mantej Singh, Bharatbhai Hamirani and Amandeep Singh purchased the house from Kalpash and Ketal Makan. The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $484,000 from Arvest Bank.

The Makans bought the location for $100,000 in August 2011 from Metropolitan Realty & Development LLC, led by Terry Paff.

Rural Residence

A 3,409-SF home in west Pulaski County sold for $545,000. Richard and Nita Crownover acquired the house from Kristin Zorn.

The deal is financed with a 15-year loan of $395,000 from JPMorgan Chase Bank of Columbus, Ohio. Zorn purchased the 5.5-acre spread for $530,000 in July 2013 from Bradley and Sara Hughes.

The Courts

A 4,268-SF home in The Courts neighborhood of west Little Rock changed hands in a $515,000 deal.

Angela and Brian Mann bought the house from David and Cynthia Hays. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $455,000 from Gateway Mortgage Group of Jenks, Oklahoma.

The Hays family acquired the residence for $560,000 in March 2005 from Robert and Diane Rhodes.
