An office, retail and self-storage facility in Little Rock has been sold for $3.5 million with plans to convert the property into a full climate-controlled storage space.
The buyer of the six-building property at 1200 John Barrow Road was Little Rock U Storage LLC, led by Rory Thompson.
The sellers were I-630 Business Park LLC; Real Estate Tax Service LLC, on behalf of TSP AZ LLC; and Real Estate Tax Service LLC, on behalf of NRG Investments LLC.
The facility on 5.36 acres was built in 1986.
Colliers International Arkansas, which announced the deal in news release, represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Remax Elite.
