Mobile Home Park Transaction Tops $2.7 Million

The seven-digit transactions just keep coming. Here is a trio.

A 31-acre mobile home park in Alexander tipped the scales at $2.7 million.

Knollwood Mobile Home Park LLC of Birmingham, Mich., purchased its namesake 137-pad project at 26270 Interstate 30 N. Service Road from Willie Aaron Jones Family Ltd., led by Beverly Steed and Michael Jones.

The limited partnership also sold a 3.4-acre commercial site in Alexander for $1.8 million to Coulson Oil Co. of North Little Rock.

The site was leased to Coulson for its Shell Superstop at 13400 Interstate 30.

A 1,800-acre farming-hunting spread along the Arkansas River in east Pulaski County sold for $1.8 million.

Blue River LLC, led by Stephanie Smith and Bryan Brandon Adams, bought the land near the southwest corner of Highway 161 and River Road.

The seller is Faver Farms LLLP, led by Ed Faver Smith.
