Jamie Mobley has joined ARcare of Augusta as senior vice president of marketing, overseeing the health care network’s brand in Arkansas, Mississippi and Kentucky.

Mobley previously worked as the Searcy market president for Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama, and led commercial and retail banking teams for Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

Dallas Weber and Karman Nesbitt of Baxter Regional ()

Dallas Weber has been named director of specialty clinics at Baxter Regional Medical Center of Mountain Home. Weber previously worked as chief operating officer for Therapeutic Radiologists in Kansas City, Missouri.

Karman Nesbitt, director of Baxter Regional’s primary clinics, has added the local Baxter Regional Health primary care clinics and the Baxter Regional Crossroads Clinic in Harrison to her duties.


Randy Barymon

Randy Barymon has been named new hospital administrator at St. Bernards Five Rivers Medical Center in Pocahontas.

Barymon has worked 23 years within the St. Bernards system, beginning as a radiology transporter.

He entered nursing in 2012. He holds a master’s degree in management, strategy and leadership, as well as national certification for nurse executives from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Lindsay Hutchins and Rachel Neal of Conway Regional ()

Lindsay Hutchins, a physician assistant, has joined the hospitalist program at Conway Regional Medical Center. Hutchins holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and a master’s degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Rachel Neal, a physician assistant, has joined the Conway Regional Hendrix Medical Clinic. Neal has been in practice with the Conway Regional hospitalist program since 2018. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a degree as a physician assistant from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.


Brian Cherry has been named the new CEO at CHI St. Vincent Rehabilitation Hospital in Sherwood. He was previously vice president of operations at Calvert Health in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

Dyllen Wolfe of Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas of North Little Rock ()

Dyllen Wolfe has been named director of nursing at Pediatric Complex Care of Arkansas of North Little Rock. The board-certified pediatric emergency nurse has been with the Arkansas Children’s Hospital emergency department nearly four years.

Wolfe completed his Bachelor of Science in nursing and bachelor’s in health services administration at the University of Central Arkansas in 2018.
