Monde Group Completes Final Stage of The Villa at River Pointe Drive

The Monde Group said Thursday that it completed Villa Towers, the final building of The Villa at River Pointe Drive in Maumelle, which it began in 2012.

Monde Group, led by Blake Jackson, called the towers “the tallest and most luxurious building of the multi-family resort community overlooking the Arkansas River in Maumelle.” 

This 56-unit phase includes two towers with a promenade, garden, fountain, pavilion, penthouses and covered parking. It has one- and two-bedroom floor plans with options including studies, fireplaces and closets.

Now complete, the The Villa at River Pointe Drive includes more than 270 homes. Developers plan a grand opening event for Tuesday. The complex is located 8000 River Pointe Drive in Maumelle.
