Monde Group Deals 2 Apartment Properties for Over $67M

Phase 1 of the planned Esplanade District includes an apartment property on River Road in North Little Rock.

Mint Equity Fund LLC of Rancho Santa Fe, California, purchased The Villa at River Pointe, a 272-unit complex in Maumelle, for more than $46 million, and the 92-unit first phase of the Esplanade District in North Little Rock for more than $21 million.

The Villa sellers were The Villa at River Pointe Drive LLC, The Villa at River Pointe Drive Phase III and The Villa Facilities LLC, all led by Edward Jackson; the Edward Jackson Revocable Trust and the Nan Ellen Dickinson East Revocable Trust.

The Esplanade sellers were Arkopolis Properties LLC, led by Edward Jackson; and the two trusts.

► In other real estate news, OBH Breckenridge LLC of Lakewood, New Jersey, is the new owner of Breckenridge Square Apartments at 1001 Breckenridge Drive in west Little Rock.

The 88-unit complex was purchased for $4.3 million from Stash Properties LLC, led by Ricky Starks and Jennifer Cash.

► In the Maumelle Heights neighborhood, Andrew and Michelle Brown acquired a 5,456-SF home from Marijane and Keith Pfeiffer for $1.1 million.
