Lots of Lonoke County farmland, a warehouse and office building in Little Rock and fast-food outlets in Jacksonville and North Little Rock provide this week’s grouping of multimillion-dollar transactions.
♦ Mt. Magazine Farms LLC of Monterey, Louisiana, acquired more than 9,100 acres of Lonoke County in three transactions with combined value topping $30.4 million.
The sellers were entities with ties to Agriculture Co. of America, the farmland real estate investment trust in Columbia, Illinois: Long Prairie Farms LLC, more than 7,500 acres for $24.4 million; Lincoln County Farms LLC, more than 1,300 acres for $4.8 million; and Arkansas Central Farms LLC, more than 315 acres for nearly $1.2 million.
♦ Westcopley LLC, an affiliate of Ligand Pharmaceuticals Inc. of San Diego, sold the 184,524-SF Port Distribution Center at 6001 Lindsey Road in Little Rock for $4.5 million.
Buyers: Lindsey Warehouse LLC and Once LLC, led by Isaac Smith; Burlingame Investments Holdings LLC, led by Dr. Lowry Barnes; and Blue Sky Enterprises LLC, led by Lewis Gardner.
♦ Winrock Holdings LLC, led by Doyle Rogers Jr., purchased the 24,817-SF Winrock Place Building at 2222 Cottondale Lane in Little Rock’s Riverdale area for nearly $3.3 million.
Sellers? The namesake trusts of Douglas and Peggy Kerrin.
♦ Affiliates of Realty Income Corp. of San Diego bought Taco Bells at 1809 N. First St. in Jacksonville for $1.7 million and 7201 JFK Blvd. in Sherwood for $1.2 million.
The seller in both deals was KMAC II LLC of Lafayette, California.
♦ Back in Lonoke County, the Patrick Hutchinson Raborn Family Trust sold 360 acres of farmland about 2 miles southeast of Carlisle for $1.2 million.
