Morris, Cannady Accept New Roles at UAMS (Movers & Shakers)

Dr. T.W. Morris III has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as a neurosurgeon.

Morris is also an assistant professor in the UAMS College of Medicine’s Department of Neurosurgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina, and completed his residency training at UAMS.


Natalie Cannady has been named the director of a new institutional wellness program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Cannady had been the manager of the UAMS Fitness Center since 2014. She was the fitness coordinator for the Baptist Health Fitness Center for nine years before joining UAMS.


Timothy DeBey has been selected by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission as resident inspector for Arkansas Nuclear One in Russellville.

DeBey joined the agency’s Region IV office in Arlington, Texas, in 2017. He has served as acting resident inspector at Cooper Nuclear Station in Brownville, Nebraska, and the River Bend nuclear plant in St. Francisville, Louisiana.
