Kevin Fair of Little Rock has been hired as a recruiter for CEG Partners, a business consulting group based in Little Rock. Fair comes to CEG from Memphis, where he served as director of Snelling Professional Services.

Construction
Randy McNulty, Kent Pettit, Jack See and Joe Stanley have been selected to be inducted into the Arkansas Construction Hall of Fame. McNulty is the founder of Southern Pavers, Pettit is with Pettit & Pettit Consulting Engineers, See is the vice president of Wittenberg Delony & Davidson Inc., and Stanley is CEO of Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects.

Financial Services
Jim Franks has been named president of the First National Bankers Bankshares Inc. Arkansas Region. Franks has more than 30 years of service in the financial industry. He assumed his new post on April 1.

Amanda Clark has become the business development representative in consumer lending at the downtown Little Rock branch of Arvest Bank. Clark will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing business development programs that seek to increase the consumer loan portfolio and to grow bank relationships.

Philip Whitehead and Jacob Hudson have been appointed to leadership roles at Bank of Arkansas, headquartered in Fayetteville. Whitehead is the new senior vice president and account manager IV in the commercial lending division, and Hudson is vice president and account manager III in the commercial banking division.

Mark Gilbert has joined the Fayetteville office of Wells Fargo Advisors LLC as the vice president of investments. Gilbert has 15 years of experience in financial investments and previously served as the vice president of wealth management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Little Rock.

Hospitality
Ginny Moulton recently was honored by the Arkansas Hospitality Association with the Golden Key award for her efforts in lodging. Moulton is the director of sales for Embassy Suites Little Rock.

Sheila Carter and Jeananne Hawking were recently named sales managers at Embassy Suites Little Rock. Carter has more than 20 years of hospitality experience, and Hawking has more than 24 years of experience.

Media/Marketing
David McCollum, sports editor and columnist for the Log Cabin Democrat since 1982, will become the sixth inductee into the Arkansas Sportscasters & Sports Writers Hall of Fame. McCollum has won more than 175 writing awards, including first-place citations from the United States Basketball Writers Association and the Football Writers Association of America.

Kristen Vandaveer of Conway has joined Mangan Holcomb Partners as a public relations account executive. Vandaveer previously worked as the marketing and public relations coordinator at Wildwood Park for the Arts.

Nonprofit
Elizabeth Henry and Courtney Kell have been promoted at Arkansas Children’s Hospital Foundation. Both previously served as fundraising assistants and are now associate development officers.

Kelly Melhorn has been promoted to the position of chief operating officer with Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski County. Melhorn previously served as an office manager.
Sandra Lee has joined the team at Southern Bancorp Community Partners in Helena-West Helena as the employment services manager. Lee has more than 10 years of supervisory and customer service experience.

Billy Roehrenbeck has been elected president of All Children’s Academy & Therapy, a nonprofit school and therapy center for children with learning disabilities and special needs. Also elected were Sandra Baxter as treasurer-director, Steven Young Jr. as CFO-director and Larry Crain Jr. as mentor-director.

Technology/Telecommunications
Dan Sterling, vice president of channel sales for Windstream Corp. in Little Rock, has been named a Channel Executive of the Year finalist for Channel Partners magazine. Sterling is one of 10 finalists chosen, based on their leadership, longevity, innovation and contribution to the indirect channel.
