Murphy Oil USA Inc., the retail subsidiary of Murphy Oil Corp. of El Dorado, announced on Monday six more members of the executive team that will manage its spinoff into a separate publicly traded company.
Joining R. Andrew Clyde, who was previously named CEO of Murphy USA, will be:
John Rudolfs, currently executive vice president of marketing for Murphy USA, will lead marketing operations including fuel, merchandise and asset development.
Mindy West, currently vice president and treasurer of Murphy Oil Corp., will be responsible for Murphy USA’s finance and accounting functions.
Jeff Goodwin, currently senior vice president of field operations for Murphy USA, will be responsible for all field operations.
Marn Cheng, also an SVP of field operations for Murphy USA, will be responsible for retail operations support.
Steve Hunkus, currently SVP of worldwide refining and renewable energy for Murphy USA, will be responsible for ethanol manufacturing operations and terminal operations.
John Moore, currently manager of law and corporate secretary for Murphy Oil Corp., will ultimately have responsibility for the legal, insurance, and human resources functions at freestanding Murphy USA.
“Establishing this leadership team is a major step in preparing Murphy USA to become a successful stand-alone company,” Clyde said in a news release. “I look forward to working with this talented and capable team to ensure Murphy USA’s future growth and success.”
Rudolfs, Goodwin, Cheng and Hunkus will report to Clyde, effective immediately. West and Moore will assume their new roles at the point of the spinoff, the date of which has not been announced.
