The former home of former University of Arkansas basketball coach Eric Musselman sold for $2.5 million.

The 8,000-SF home went up for sale (originally for $3.75 million) in April shortly after Musselman was hired by the University of Southern California. Musselman had a record of 111-59 in five seasons at Arkansas and led the Razorbacks to two Elite Eight appearances.

The buyers were David Lee Nguyen and Hyuna Lee.

The home on Clear Creek Boulevard is in the gated Clear Creek subdivision surrounding Tyson Foods Chairman John Tyson’s Blessings Golf Course. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a host of amenities that include a pool and 810-SF pool house.

Musselman bought the house for $1.94 million in 2019, shortly after he was hired by the Razorbacks. It was the fifth-most expensive home sold that year in Washington and Benton counties.
