801 Fiber Optic Dr. in North Little Rock
RPM Group/Corfac International of Little Rock announced late last week the $3.25 million sale of the former 56,336-SF FedEx building on 10.95 acres at 801 Fiber Optic Drive in North Little Rock.
The buyer, Nabholz Construction Corp. of Conway, plans to relocate four of its operations (Industrial Services, Specialty Services, Environmental Services, Fleet Equipment and Services) into the new building that will house approximately 120 jobs. Nabholz will also renovate the existing office space and add 6,600 SF of office space, according to a news release.
“Over the past decade, these operations have grown exponentially. To sustain that growth, we previously purchased four separate properties that now make up our current campus. Once we are all in the same building, we will be able to collaborate better in-house to better serve our client base,” Ben Montgomery, president of Nabholz’ Industrial operation, said in the release. “We are looking forward to moving into our new North Little Rock home in the spring once construction is complete.”
Rick Freeling of RPM Group’s commercial division, Senior Vice President Maury Mitchell and John Burnett represented the seller. Maury Mitchell of HCI Limited Partnership represented the buyer.
