This week’s million-dollar deals and construction contracts starts off with a $20 million contract to build a new center to help domestic violence victims.

Conway’s Nabholz Construction Corp. got the $20 million contract for to build the Forest of Hope Family Peace Center at 9009 Dailey Drive in Little Rock for Women & Children First.

Casey’s Marketing Co. of Ankeny, Iowa, bought the 5,996-SF Diamond Park Shell at 8903 White Oak Crossing from Gosen LLC, led by Joseph Park.

Christopher Flake sold his 6,661-SF home in west Pulaski County’s Chenal Downs neighborhood to Marina Mikhailova for nearly $1.5 million.

Mikio and Kristen Ranahan purchased a 3,285-SF house in the Forest Heights Place neighborhood of Little Rock from Bobby Kakati for $1.2 million.
