Nabholz to Remodel First Security Office in West Little Rock for $39MLock Icon

This week’s offering of million-dollar real estate transactions and construction contracts leads with a west Little Rock office remodel.

► Conway’s Nabholz Construction Corp. secured a $39.29 million contract to remodel west Little Rock office space at 4001 N. Rodney Parham Road for First Security Bank and Crews & Associates.

► Arkansas Federal Credit Union sold its 14,085-SF former computer center at 1701 General Samuels Road in Jacksonville for $2.3 million to Sig Sauer Real Estate Inc. of Newington, New Hampshire.

You might recall that eight months ago Sig Sauer announced a 250,000-SF expansion of its ammo production facility in Jacksonville, a move expected to result in 625 new jobs during the next five years.

► Dickinson Family Revocable Trust, led by Jason and Laura Dickinson, acquired a 5,478-SF home in west Little Rock’s Pleasant Valley neighborhood for more than $1.5 million from David and Jill Martin.

► MJ Innovative Builders Corp., led by Jamal Solaimanian, sold a 4,562-SF home in west Little Rock’s Abington Court neighborhood to Daniel and Natalie Hobbs for $1.1 million.
