Neurohospitalist Nidhi Kapoor Joins UAMS (Movers & Shakers)

Dr. Nidhi Kapoor has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as its first neurohospitalist, combining advanced training in neurology with a specialized understanding of caring for patients while they are in the hospital.

Kapoor earned her medical degree from Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Medical College in Solapur, India. She completed her neurology residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.


Robin Long Hayes has been named chief operating officer for Arkansas Hospice of North Little Rock. She has worked in various roles in long-term care and hospice and most recently was area director of operations for Kindred Hospice locations in Arkansas.


Mary Gadde, Tim Holder, Kanna Lewis and Trang Riley have joined the staff of the Arkansas Center for Health Improvement. Gadde is an intermediate business systems programmer/analyst. Holder’s title is technical editor. Lewis is a health policy microsimulation architect. Riley is a data request manager.
