
Dr. Khaled M. Krisht, a neurosurgeon, has joined the medical staff at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro and is seeing patients at St. Bernards Neurosurgery. Krisht earned his bachelor’s degree in biology at Emory University in Atlanta and his medical degree at the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. He completed an internship in general surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, followed by his neurosurgical residency training at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, where he served as chief resident.
Dr. Nicole Lawson has been named medical director at St. Michael’s Medical Clinic in Newport.
Dr. Paul W. Stout has been elected to the board of directors of the Arkansas Blood Institute. Stout is a board-certified pathologist affiliated with Arkansas Pathology Associates. The Blood Institute has also named Carol Rengstorf donor services director for its Little Rock donor center and service area. She has served in similar roles in Hot Springs for the past 11 years. Vince Maniace and Brook Davis have joined the Arkansas Blood Institute as account consultants for the greater Little Rock area.
Toi McMullin has been named director of volunteer services at White River Medical Center in Batesville. A 10-year employee of WRMC, McMullin is also responsible for leading the Patient/Family Advisory Council and the Patient Experience Team.
