Candace Beavers has been promoted to senior in client accounting and advisory services, and Carson Smith, CPA, has been promoted to manager of assurance. Chad McGonigal, CPA, has been promoted to manager of assurance. Christine Holiday has been promoted to senior in tax, and Evan McKinnon, CPA, has been promoted to senior manager of assurance. Jack Morgan, CPA, has been promoted to manager of forensic, valuation and litigation support. Kaidan Zheng, CPA, has been promoted to senior in tax. Keith Norris has been promoted to support specialist II in IT. Paige Williams, CPA, has been promoted to manager of assurance, and Wes Guerra, CPA, has been promoted to senior in tax.

Kris Wolf has been promoted to market president of the Jonesboro area at Encore Bank of Little Rock. He most recently served as senior vice president, commercial, and private banker.

Richard Ricciardi has joined FNBC Bank of Ash Flat as vice president and business development officer for Small Business Administration lending.

Kyron Jones has been named CEO of Academics Plus Charter Schools in Maumelle, effective July 1. He currently serves as chief operating officer.

Tarryn Harris has been hired as research associate at the Clinton School Impact Center in Little Rock.

Government

Kevin Lee has been named senior adviser for artificial intelligence at the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office in Little Rock. He will continue to serve as deputy general counsel.

Health Care

Anna Lee Powell, Bobbi McDaniel, Denny Sumpter and Mary Ashleigh Harper have been elected to the board of directors of the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute in Little Rock for three-year terms. Ray Dillon has rejoined the board of directors for a three-year term.

Dr. Saul Rios has joined Arkansas Heart Hospital of Little Rock as interventional cardiologist.

Dr. Tyeler Barker has joined Conway Regional Health System as a hospitalist. He previously served as hospitalist at St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Ross Owyoung, SaraCate Moery, Ted Garrison and Wes Martin have been appointed to the board of trustees of Baptist Health Foundation in Little Rock.

Insurance

Eric Van Allen has been named president of the Arkansas market at CareSource of Dayton, Ohio. He previously served as vice president of business development.

Legal

Ryan O’Quinn has been named a member at Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC of Little Rock. Thomas Wyatt has been named managing member.

Collins Hickman, Eli Bauer and Jennifer Smith have been named partners at Wright Lindsey Jennings of Little Rock. Zach Trail has been named partner in the firm’s Rogers office.

Nonprofits

Kaicong Wu, an architecture professor at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Mohammadreza Daroonparvar, an engineering professor at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, and Ren Xu, a professor in the radiation oncology department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, have joined the Arkansas Research Alliance of Little Rock.

Brent Beaulieu has been promoted to vice chair of the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House Arkansas & North Louisiana in Little Rock, and Phyllis Rogers has been named chair of the board of directors for a two-year term. Dr. Caroline Crocker, Lori Grunwald, Mandy Richardson, Melissa Udouj and Stephanie Shine have been elected to the board for three-year terms. Darryl Webb has been named secretary of the board, and Derek Pierce has been named treasurer.

Eleise Myers has been named to the board of directors of Arkansas Women in Power in Little Rock, where she will serve as secretary.
