New Board Game Café, Caverns & Forests, Set for December Open in North Little RockLock Icon

1 min read

As readers of Arkansas Business know, project deadlines can be a moving target, particularly if those deadlines involve the opening of restaurants and cafes and the like.

That said, Matthew Quin and his business partner, Radiance Beltz, both of Little Rock, tell your Whispers staff that they’re shooting to open their Caverns & Forests, which they describe as Little Rock’s first board game cafe, sometime during the first week of December.

The cafe actually will be located in North Little Rock, at 711A Main St.

Briefly, it works like this: Guests pay a $5 cover fee, choose a board game of some sort (with the help of a knowledgeable staff, if needed), and socialize over that board game.

A menu of grilled paninis and wraps as well as beer and wine will also be available.

The cafe is about 1,800 SF and will seat between 70 and 75 people. Quin and Beltz describe it as an “inclusive space.”
