Arlington Hotel’s Crystal Ballroom
The Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa tells us it has a new/old executive chef, Jean Claude Bridoux, who, a press release said, lived in Hot Springs for 18 years before leaving three years ago.
Bridoux had been executive chef at the Hot Springs County Club from 1998 to 2011 and is leaving the Hillcrest County Club in Bartlesville, Okla., where he was the executive chef and kitchen manager.
Bridoux, born in France, trained at Nancy Culinary College in France. He also trained at several restaurants in Chicago, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel, and spent time in Little Rock-area restaurants, including Les Saisons, which once occupied a space in the Pavilion in the Park.
The hotel promises the chef will be maintaining the Friday Night Seafood Feast and Sunday brunch.
