Sandra Carrasco-Quezada, Bill Fox and Morgan Scholz have joined Forge Inc. of Huntsville, a nonprofit community loan fund.

Carrasco-Quezada is director of Latinx business development. A native of Chihuahua, Mexico, she is a small-business co-founder.

Fox is director of technical assistance. He most recently served for 11 years as a business consultant and center director of the Small Business & Technology Development Center at the University of Arkansas.

Scholz is northwest Arkansas regional director. She most recently served as the director of programs and partnerships at Startup Junkie Foundation of Fayetteville.

Craig Amos of First Community Bank of Batesville ()

Craig Amos has been promoted to senior vice president, compliance and Bank Secrecy Act officer; Stephanie Anderson has been promoted to senior vice president, credit administration manager; and Camron Hames has been promoted to senior vice president, senior loan systems analyst at First Community Bank of Batesville.

Amos, who oversees the compliance department, joined First Community in 2009.

Anderson, who manages credit administration, joined First Community in 2008.

Hames, who oversees the bank’s lending systems, joined First Community in 2007.

All three are graduates of the Barret School of Banking in Memphis.

Paula Getz and Morgan Norwood of Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff ()

Paula Getz has joined Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff as assistant vice president and loan services manager, and Morgan Norwood has been promoted to universal banker in the bank’s south Arkansas market.

Getz has more than 16 years of banking experience. Norwood, who has been with Relyance for three years, previously worked as a customer service supervisor.

Beth Harris has joined DD&F Consulting Group Inc. of Little Rock to provide compliance, operational and risk management services to clients. She previously worked as a financial solutions strategist and director of education for the Memphis Consumer Credit Association.
