New Leasing Agent for the Regions Center

The Regions Center at 400 West Capitol Ave. in Little Rock is second only to its neighbor, the Simmons Tower, as the tallest building in the state.

Did you know there’s a new leasing agent at one of downtown Little Rock’s office towers?

Jones Aur Commercial Real Estate of Memphis took on the Regions Center assignment as of June 19.

Leasing at the 30-story building at 400 W. Capitol Ave. previously was handled by CBRE Group Inc. of Dallas.

“They made the choice to go with us, and here we are,” said Kevin McCollum, partner in the Little Rock office.

In March 2023, McCollum and partner Jacob Spears opened the local Jones Aur office, where the headcount of staffers has grown to nine.
