Stone Bank
Casey Patrick Whitney has joined Stone Bank in Harrison as assistant vice president and customer service manager, and Melissa Ring is a new customer service representative at the Mountain View office.
Whitney was previously associated with Community First Bank in Harrison as a loan assistant and customer service representative and with the Harrison Chamber of Commerce as events coordinator.
Ring is a 10-year banking veteran, having previously worked for the Bank of Mountain View, First National Bank of Batesville and Regions Bank.
Robert Halliburton has been hired as chief lending officer of the west region of Chambers Bank of Danville. He will manage all lending functions for the region from the branch office at 8400 Rogers Ave. in Fort Smith.
Halliburton most recently served as a senior vice president and commercial lending officer.
Matthew J. Rush has been promoted to director of wealth management at Strategic Financial Partners in Little Rock, where he was previously a financial services representative.
