New Starbucks Planned for Little Rock

A Starbucks is in the works for 10721 Kanis Road in Little Rock, the former home of Dunkin’ Donuts.

The company signed a lease for the 1,848-SF building on Monday, and the new location is expected to open during the fourth quarter of 2018.

Melanie Gibson of Colliers International Arkansas represented the building’s owner, Askhar 5 LLC. Hank Kelley of Flake & Kelley Commercial represented Starbucks.

The building was sold to Askhar 5 in May by Kanis Estates. The purchase price was nearly $1.28 million.

Colliers International represented the buyer and the seller in that transaction.
