New York Firm Pays $23.5M for Briarwood ApartmentsLock Icon

This week’s menu of million-dollar real estate transactions offers a smorgasbord of property types.

► Three affiliates of ST Realty Group of Brooklyn, New York, bought the 280-unit Briarwood Apartments project at 801 S. Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock for $23.5 million.

Sellers: Briarwood’s Best Living LLC, an affiliate of Vesta Capital of Leawood, Kansas; J&R Park Place of Little Rock LLC of St. Louis; and JDGN Investors Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Cambridge Realty Capital in Chicago.

► Cameron Commercial Properties LLC, led by Robert Cameron, sold the 310,000-SF Space Center at 1900 W. 65th St. for $8.5 million.

Buyer: BH Property West 65th LLC of Bergenfield, New Jersey.

 Ryan Properties Inc. of Memphis purchased the 9,969-SF Endoscopy Center of Arkansas project at 1024 N. University Ave. for $4 million.

Seller? SEP Little Rock ASC LLC, an affiliate of Stage Equity Partners of Sko-kie, Illinois.

► Little Ark Hospitality Inc., led by Amrut Patel, sold the 118-room Quality Inn & Suites at 500 W. 29th St. in North Little Rock for more than $2.3 million.

Buyer? Sadguru Krupa LLC, led by Jaiminbhai Patel and Yatin Patel.

► Maumelle Senior Community LLC, an affiliate of O’Reilly Development Co. of Springfield, Missouri, acquired an 8.2-acre site in Maumelle for more than $1.6 million.

Who sold the land near the southwest corner of Crystal Hill Road and Maumelle Boulevard? Wells Brothers LLC, led by Stephen Wells.

► William Roehrenbeck and Elizabeth Sullivan bought a 5,826-SF home in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estate neighborhood for $1.5 million from CBM Appraisals Inc., led by Chris Maris.
