Nick McCarthy Makes Move to Media & More (Movers & Shakers)

Nick McCarthy has been hired as an account services coordinator at Media & More Consulting of Little Rock. McCarthy will be responsible for branding and media strategies.


Jane Duke, a member of the Mitchell Williams law firm in Little Rock, has been named by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as the recipient of the foundation’s 2016 Breath of Life Award. The award recognizes people who dedicate their time and skills to the fight against cystic fibrosis.

With the support of Mitchell Williams, Duke worked to help a child in Arkansas gain access to a breakthrough in CF medications. Duke previously served almost 11 years with the United States attorney’s office in the Eastern District of Arkansas.


Joel E. Anderson, the recently retired chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, has been honored by the World Services for the Blind with the 16th annual Vision Award. Anderson will receive the award at the Oct. 27 luncheon in Little Rock. The award recognizes people who work to improve the community.
