Fashion designer Nicole Miller will be the special guest and featured speaker at the 26th annual Baptist Health Foundation Bolo Bash luncheon in April.
Miller has been in the fashion industry for more than 30 years, and her clothing has been worn by celebrities like Angelina Jolie, Joss Stone, Jennifer Aniston and Beyoncé.
The Bolo Bash hopes to raise $200,000 for Baptist’s surgical center expansion, the final phase of the Capital Campaign. The expansion will provide a pre- and post-operative area. Seven new operating rooms have already been added.
Since its inception in 1989, the Bolo Bash has raised more than $10 million. The luncheon will begin at 11 a.m. April 8 with a silent auction, followed by lunch at noon in the J.A. Gilbert Conference Center at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Dillard’s Inc. of Little Rock is this year’s presenting sponsor.
