
Nine Arby’s restaurants in Pulaski County were sold in a string of transactions totaling more than $10.2 million.
MDC Coast 12 LLC of San Diego bought five of the projects in deals with three affiliates of a Tulsa-based franchisee. The sellers were:
• 2010 USB Real Estate LLC, 15510 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock ($1.2 million) and 105 Savannah Drive in Maumelle ($1 million);
• United States Beef Corp., 5324 JFK Blvd. in North Little Rock ($1 million) and 8212 Geyer Springs Road in southwest Little Rock ($1 million); and
• JWD Properties LLC, 3921 E. Kiehl Ave. in Sherwood ($964,000).
Also, National Retail Properties Ltd. of Orlando, Florida, purchased three Arby’s from United States Beef. Those deals encompassed 2704 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock ($1.3 million); 9624 N. Rodney Parham Road in west Little Rock ($932,000); and 4560 E. McCain Blvd. in North Little Rock ($919,000).
In addition, FRG Properties LLC of San Francisco acquired the Arby’s at 1001 W. Main St. project in Jacksonville from United States Beef for $797,150.

Apartments Acquired
Dennis Capital LLC, led by the John Zachary Dennis & Anna Louise Dennis Family Trust, acquired 33 apartments at 4905, 4909, 5001, 5005, 5009, 5101 and 5105 N. Walnut Road in North Little Rock for more than $1.8 million. The sellers were Johan and Juanita Adineh-Kharat.
Chuck E. Cheese Sold
FRC Genesis Fundsub III LLC of Dallas bought the 14,352-SF Chuck E. Cheese project at 2706 S. Shackleford Road in west Little Rock for more than $1.7 million. The seller is Shackleford Crossings Investors LLC, an affiliate of Invesco Real Estate of Dallas.
