Midas Little Rock LLC of St. Louis purchased the Hilton Garden Inn at 4100 Glover Lane. The seller was McCain Lodging Inc., led by Ishverbhai Govind.
Farmland straddling the Pulaski-Lonoke county line produced a $2.6 million transaction.
Thomas and Susan Hoskyn bought more than 1,000 acres along U.S. 165 about two miles northwest of Keo.
The seller is the Elizabeth A. Burnett Revocable Trust.
Meanwhile in Little Rock’s Chenal Valley neighborhood, the Scott Landers Revocable Trust and Lauren Landers acquired a 6,730-SF manor.

Chenal Autowash LLC, led by Larry Middleton, purchased the Best Car Wash project at 620 S. Bowman Road for $1.3 million.
