♦ CDRN NLR LLC, led by Ishverbhai Govind, bought the 69-room project at 4306 E. McCain Blvd. for $5.1 million.

♦ Farmers Bank & Trust of Magnolia sold nearly 155 acres about 1.5 miles north of the North Little Rock Airport between Highway 107 and Kellogg Acres Road for $1.3 million.

Buyer: Lone Pine Holdings LLC, led by Marna Givens.

♦ Tejas and Mauli Patel purchased a 5,560-SF home in the Pleasant Valley neighborhood from Larry Wood for $1.2 million.

♦ Curtis Finch Jr. and his wife, Jackye, sold their 4,541-SF home in the Riverbend neighborhood for $1 million.
