NLR Insurance Office Registers $1.6M Sale (Real Deals)

The sale of a 13,686-SF office building in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.65 million.

Faulkner Lake 391 LLC, led by Tom Salmon, bought the 4600 E. McCain Blvd. project from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. of Bloomington, Illinois.

State Farm purchased the 3.06-acre location for $567,000 in July 1994 from The Crestwood Co., led by James Matthews.

Commercial Property

A 10-acre commercial site in North Little Rock changed hands in a $750,000 deal.

Tri-State Properties of Tennessee LLC of Memphis acquired the land at the northeast corner of Harris Road and Diamond Drive. The seller is SBD Investments LLC, led by Jeff Smith, John Belie and Lawrence Devaro.

The deal is funded with a seven-year loan of $600,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The land previously helped secure a February 2013 mortgage of $2.1 million held by Citizens Security Bank & Trust of Tulsa.

SBD Investments bought the property in September 2004 as part of a $992,000 deal with Harris Family Co. LLC, led by Max Harris.

Candy Apple Sale

A 4,800-SF retail project in North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $250,000 transaction.

Habibi’s Broadcasting LLC, led by Alvin Simmons, purchased the Candy Apple Center at 4321 E. Broadway.

The seller is Richardson Properties LLC, led by Keith Richardson.

The 0.68-acre development previously was tied to a January 2011 mortgage of $145,000 held by Tara Burleson.

The property was acquired for $149,000 in September 1994 from W.E. Clark & Sons Inc., led by J.C. McGlothin.

Residential Lots

A dozen lots in the Graham Woods neighborhood of Jacksonville sold for $231,000.

Rausch Coleman Mid-Ark LLC, led by John Rausch, David Frye and David Starkey, bought the residential land off of Graham Road. The seller is WD Development Co. LLC, led by Dana Nixon.

The transaction is financed with a $196,350 loan from Centennial Bank of Conway. The land was purchased in November 1989 as part of a $173,000 deal with the estate of Anne W. Thompson.

Country Club Home

A 6,196-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock rang up a $900,000 transaction. Raymond Nolan acquired the house from Russ McDonough III and his wife, Kimberly.

The deal is backed with a 25-year loan of $675,000 from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

The residence previously was linked with an April 2011 mortgage of $1.46 million held by Russ McDonough Jr.

The property was bought for $1.27 million more than four years ago from Josephine and James Osborne.

Lake House

A 5,886-SF home on Indianhead Lake in Sherwood drew a $670,000 sale.

David and Melody Wassell purchased the house from Paul Heye Jr. and his wife, Mary.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $670,000 from Arvest Mortgage Co. of Lowell. The residence previously was tied to a January 2012 mortgage of $592,023 held by IberiaBank Mortgage Co. of Little Rock.

The Heyes acquired the location for $104,000 in January 2009 from Richard Thackeray.

Cameronwood Abode

A 4,308-SF home in the Cameronwood neighborhood of west Pulaski County changed hands in a $560,000 deal. Michael and Holly Crockett bought the house from Brenda Mulhollan.

The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $310,000 from Simmons First National Bank of Pine Bluff.

The residence previously was linked with a June 2012 mortgage of $315,000 held by Regions Bank.

The nearly 3-acre site was purchased for $88,000 in May 1994 from Scott and Tessa Carter.
