NLR Kum & Go Attracts $3.4M Sale (Real Deals)Lock Icon

A 4,995-SF super convenience store in North Little Rock weighed in at $3.44 million.

Spin Rock LLC, an affiliate of Fidelity Financial Corp. of Wichita, Kansas, bought the Kum & Go at 8801 Maumelle Blvd. The seller is BBR Oil IV LLC of Iowa City, Iowa.

The 1.83-acre development was tied to a November 2012 mortgage of $2.2 million held by Mid-Missouri Bank of Springfield.

The property was purchased for $3 million nearly eight years ago from KG Store 153 LLC, an affiliate of the Kum & Go convenience store chain based in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Rental Purchase

The sale of 31 apartments and three houses in Little Rock and North Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.22 million.

Roost Holdings LLC, led by James Ray, Matt Wiles, Kevin Haney and Ryan Elledge, acquired 15 apartments at 4200, 4206 and 4210 Locust St. in North Little Rock, 16 units at 515 Brookside Drive in Little Rock and three houses at 3317 and 3321 W. Markham St. and 107 Martin St. in the Stifft Station area of Little Rock.

The seller is JMK Properties LLC, led by Jim Aukstuolis. The deal is funded with a 21-year loan of $1.5 million from First National Bank of Paragould.

The combined 1.06-acre North Little Rock development was assembled in deals with Tisdale Properties Development LLC, led by Tracy Tisdale, $245,000 in September 2005; and the GA & MA Freeman Living Trust, led by George and Mary Freeman, $350,000 in July 2006.

The 0.56-acre Brookside development was purchased for $675,000 in May 2006 from WRS Holdings LLC, led by Willis Smith.

The houses were bought for $180,000 in May 2012 from Jill and John Childers Jr.

Downtown Development

An 18,256-SF warehouse and 8,000-SF office-showroom in downtown Little Rock rang up a $925,000 sale.

Haybar Properties LLC, led by Bryan Hosto, purchased the 804-806 Izard St. project.

The seller is Trahin WF LLC, led by Leslye Sheliam. The deal is backed with a five-year loan of $740,000 from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The 0.96-acre property was largely assembled in three deals with Christ Temple Church of Christ, $30,000 in October 1972; Alice Doyle, $15,000 in April 1973; and Graham and Louise Hall, $20,000 in June 1979.

Mueller Supply

A 5-acre commercial parcel in North Little Rock drew a $550,000 transaction.

Mueller Supply Co., of Ballinger, Texas, bought the land on the north side of Interstate 40 between Harris Road and Arkansas Highway 440 from SBD Investments LLC of Tulsa.

SBD Investments purchased the land in September 2004 as part of a $992,000 deal for more than 110 acres from the Harris Family Co. LLC, led by Max Harris.

Chance Acquisition

A 2.74-acre parcel in west Little Rock sold for $225,000.

Chance Sobriety Ministries Inc., led by Benjamin Perkins, acquired the land at the southeast corner of Col. Glenn and Stagecoach roads from the Jeffery H. & Rebecca J. Jenkins Revocable Trust.

The deal is financed with a 10-year loan of $125,000 from Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.

The land was assembled in two buys from Gerald and Peggy Melton, $6,000 in October 1998; and R.W. Butler Family Ltd., led by Paul Eaton, $154,000 in July 2005.

Prospect Terrace

A 3,516-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood changed hands in an $895,000 deal.

Michael and Aimee Shelby purchased the house from Patrick Barker and Celeste Barker. The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $510,400 from the Bank of England.

The residence was linked with a May 2013 mortgage of $170,000 held by USAA Federal Savings Bank of San Antonio.

The Barkers acquired the property for $500,000 in June 2012 from Rachel Allen.

Wellington Abode

A 5,843-SF home in the Villages of Wellington is under new ownership after a $755,000 transaction.

Taylor Washburn and Kenneth Howell bought the house from Dennis and Melanie Hoover.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $765,585 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The residence was tied to a July 2012 mortgage of $417,000 held by Arvest.

The Hoovers purchased the property for $650,000 in April 2011 from Jahan Bakhtiar.

Falstone Court

A 4,080-SF home in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood rang up a $649,500 sale.

Eric Boe and Melissa Sinclair acquired the house from RQM LLC, led by Russell and Quenna Milam.

The deal is financed with a one-year loan of $510,400 from Riverside Bank of Sparkman.

The residence was linked with a July 2019 mortgage of $520,200 held by Simmons Bank.

RQM bought the site for $95,000 in June 2019 from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC, an affiliate of PotlatchDeltic of Spokane, Washington.

Ensbury Place

A 3,696-SF home in west Little Rock’s Ensbury Place neighborhood drew a $585,000 transaction.

Allen and Lynn Lueken purchased the house from Arlee Busby III and his wife, Melanie. The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $585,000 from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The residence was tied to a December 2017 mortgage of $424,000 held by Union Bank & Trust of Monticello.

The Busbys acquired the property for $565,000 nearly three years ago from MJ Innovative Builders Corp., led by Jamal Solaimanian.

Lamarche Place

A 3,899-SF home in west Little Rock’s Lamarche Place neighborhood sold for $500,000.

Stephen Bowman and Kathleen Dyck bought the house from Haley and John Enlow Sr.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $200,000 from Ark-La-Tex Financial Services LLC of Plano, Texas.

The Enlows purchased the residence for $525,000 in October 2014 from Miriam and Donald Wilborne Jr.
