NLR Manufacturer Files for Chapter 11

1 min read

O.D. Funk Manufacturing Inc. of North Little Rock, which has been in business since 1976, has filed for Chapter 11 reorganization.

The manufacturer of small backyard storage units and carports hasn’t filed its complete bankruptcy paperwork yet, so we’re not exactly sure how much it owes or what its assets are.

But the initial voluntary petition shows its estimated debts fall between $1 million and $10 million. Its estimated assets are somewhere under $50,000, however.

O.D. Funk Manufacturing lists unsecured debts to Simmons First National Bank that total $616,738 for items such as inventory, accounts receivable, furniture, fixtures and equipment.

O.D. Funk, the president of the company, didn’t return a call for comment. The company’s bankruptcy attorney, J. Brad Moore of Little Rock, wasn’t immediately available for comment.
