CVS 10975 AR LLC, an affiliate of CVS Pharmacy of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, purchased the Lakewood Exxon at 2501 McCain Blvd. The seller is C&E Investments LLC, led by Jimmy and Vanessa Crossfield.
The 0.92-acre development previously was tied to a January 2009 mortgage of $1.6 million held by Keltner Marketing Corp., led by Ronald Keltner.
C&E bought the project from Keltner Marketing more than nine years ago for $1.6 million.
Multifamily Purchase
A 20-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville tipped the scales at $1.25 million.
DJJS Thaddeus Properties LLC, led by Daniel Gray, acquired Foxcroft Apartments at 900 Madden Road from Bradley H. Medlock Ltd.
The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1 million from First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville.
Medlock purchased the 2.19-acre site for $65,000 in June 2001 from David and Robin Chamblee.
Downtown Storefront
An 8,000-SF building in downtown Little Rock drew an $800,000 transaction.
Soma Storefronts LLC, led by Rusty Thompson, bought the Piano Kraft project at 1222 Main St. and the adjoining parking lot. The seller is South Main Properties, led by Fred Gray.
The deal is backed with a one-year loan of $700,000 from First NaturalState Bank of McGehee.

South Main Properties acquired the project for $319,000 in June 1991 from Carson and Janet Harris.
