McCain Plaza purchased the property for nearly $3.8 million in July 2014 from Quattro North Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Quattro Development of Oak Brook, Illinois.

The deal is funded with a 20-year loan of $1.7 million from BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.
The 1.11-acre development previously was linked with a June 2017 mortgage of $1.7 million held by BancorpSouth.
Lot 8 acquired the location for $209,000 more than three years ago from Westrock Partnership, led by Robert Vogel, Chester Phillips and Gus Blass III.
