► Lakewood House LLLP, led by James P. Matthews, sold its namesake 107-unit apartment highrise at 4801 North Hills Blvd., the tallest building in North Little Rock, for $12 million. In addition to the 16-story Lakewood House, the deal included the adjoining 3,673-SF home of Tangles Salon and Lakewood Fish & Seafood House at 4809 North Hills Blvd.

► Car World Group Inc., led by Jeremy Perrone, bought the 16,155-SF JD Byrider facility at 6055 Landers Road in Sherwood for $2.9 million.

► Pike Plaza Shopping Center LLC, led by J.D. Ashley Jr. and Rick Ashley, sold its namesake 153,827-SF retail center at 2600 Pike Ave. in North Little Rock for $2.3 million.
Buyer: Pike Commercial LLC of Riviera Beach, Florida.
► Derek Middleton purchased a 5,074-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood from John Conner III and his wife, Heather, for more than $1.1 million.
