West Scenic Apartments in North Little Rock
A 140-unit apartment complex in North Little Rock, an automotive development in west Little Rock and undeveloped land in Little Rock’s Riverdale area provide a trio of multimillion-dollar transactions.
♦ West Scenic Partners LLC of St. Louis bought its namesake apartment project at 605 and 1207 W. Scenic Drive for nearly $4 million.
Seller: Scenic Hill Properties Ltd., led by James Kincannon.
♦ Tait Family Ltd., led by Diane Tait, sold the McLarty Volvo Cars and McLarty Collision West development at 1500 N. Shackleford Road to an affiliate of Little Rock’s McLarty Auto Group for $3.6 million.
♦ RH8 Investment Riverdale LLC, led by Mack McLarty, purchased a 3.31-acre parcel on the east side of Riverfront Drive between Canal Pointe and Riverbend Road for $1.4 million.
Seller? River Tower LLC, led by Jim Hathaway.
You might recall that Hathaway once envisioned the property as the future home of The Ashford, a $65 million highrise development.
The proposed 14-story project included plans for 44 luxury condos. It was shelved in fall 2008.
