A Canadian concern made its third apartment buy in Pulaski County this summer to lead off five multimillion-dollar real estate transactions.
• Republic Wilmington Ltd. of Toronto paid $4.9 million for the 120-unit Wilmington Apartments project at 617 Donovan Briley Blvd. in North Little Rock. Seller: Wilmington Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of Maxus Properties of Kansas City, Missouri.
• Glenn Ridge Crossings II LLC, led by Steve Landers, sold a 12.7-acre tract on the west side of Col. Glenn Plaza Loop across from Steve Landers Chrysler Jeep Ram in west Little Rock for $4 million.
Buyer? An affiliate of Luther Automotive Group of St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
• 6055 LLC, led by Matthew Enderlin, purchased the 16,155-SF J.D. Byrider dealership at 6055 Landers Road in Sherwood for $3.2 million. Seller? Enoch Enterprises of Arkansas Ltd., led by William Evans Jr.
• Ben Davis Properties Management LLC of Little Rock bought an 80,919-SF warehouse complex at 2301 Bolton St. in Little Rock for $1.2 million. The seller is Caleast Nat LLC, an affiliate of CenterPoint Properties Trust, a REIT in Oak Brook, Illinois.
• PTC Little Rock LLC of Jackson, Mississippi, sold the 27,518-SF Peterbilt Truck Center at 1 Peterbilt Drive in North Little Rock and an adjoining 4-acre parcel for $2.5 million.
Buyer: PACCAR Machinery Corp., an affiliate of Peterbilt Motors Co. of Denton, Texas.
