A trio of Lonoke County nursing homes is under new ownership in transactions totaling $8.4 million.
• Cabot Manor Nursing Center, an 89-bed facility at 200 Northport Drive, sold for $4.2 million. Renamed: Cabot Health & Rehabilitation.
• Lonoke Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a 70-bed facility at 1501 Lincoln St. in Lonoke, sold for $3.5 million. Renamed: Lonoke Health & Rehabilitation.
• Greenbriar Retirement Center, a 40-bed facility at 1497 Lincoln St., sold for $700,000. Renamed: Lonoke Care Center.
The buyers were entities led by Fort Smith nursing home magnate Michael Morton: Cabot Manor LLC, Lonoke Manor LLC and Lonoke Care Manor LLC.
The sellers were entities led by Leon Catlett II: Cabot Manor Nursing Home Inc., Health Care LLC and Renaissance LLC.
