► Ridge Road Village Propco LLC of Knoxville, Tennessee, paid $6.23 million for its namesake 80-unit apartment complex at 4748 Ridge Road in North Little Rock.

► A&A Investments LLC, led by Iftikhar Pathan, sold a 21,719-SF medical office building at 5620 W. Markham St. in Little Rock for more than $3.7 million.
Buyer: Elliott Bay Medical Properties LLC, an affiliate of Elliott Bay Capital Trust of Seattle.
► The Shelia W. McAdams 2002 Trust bought a new 4,005-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock from Jeff Fuller Homes LLC for more than $1.9 million.
► Highway 10 Corner LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson and Stephen LaFrance Jr., sold a 1.05-acre commercial site near the southeast corner of Highway 10 and Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock for more than $1 million.
